Novikontas Maritime College higher education study programmes tuition fee for both programmes:

     1) "Maritime Transport” (qualification”Officers in charge of navigational watch on ships of 500 gross tonage or more”), duration - 3 years and 2 months;

      2) “Officer in charge of an engineering watch” (qualification ‘’Officer in charge of an engineering watch on ships powered by main propulsion machinery of 750 kw or more propulsion power”), duration - 3 years
is 4665 Euro. 

The tuition fee includes all study materials - exercises, literature, methodological instructions and all the necessary startup courses, which are required at the time when a graduate gets a Certificate of Competency at the Registry of Seamen:

For Deck Officers:

1) Radar Navigation, Radar Plotting and Use of ARPA at Operational Level – STCW Code A-II/1
2) Operational use of Electronic Chart Display and Information Systems (ECDIS) – STCW Code A-II/1, A-II/2
3) Bridge resource management (including: Leadership and managerial skill) – STCW Code A-II/1, A-II/2
4) GMDSS General Operator – STCW Code A-IV/2

For Engineer Officers:

1) Engine Room Resource Management (including: Leadership and managerial skill) - STCW Code A-III/1; A-III/2
For Deck and Engineer Officers:
2) Basic Safety Training – STCW Code A-VI/1-1, A-VI/1-2, A-VI/1-3, A-VI/1-4
3) Proficiency in Survival Craft and Rescue  Boats other than Fast Rescue Boats – STCW CodeA-VI/2-1
4) Advanced Fire Fighting -  STCW Code A-VI/3
5) Security Training for Seafarers with Designated Security Duties – STCW Code A-VI/6-1, A-VI/6-2
6) Medical First Aid – STCW Code A-VI/4-1

The student has an opportunity to split tuition fee into three parts - for the first year is 1955 Euro, for the second year – 1355 Euro, for the third year – 1355 Euro.
